Training Video Redux: Motivating Others with Compassion

Ok, i was so unhappy with the original video that I redid it to make it shorter, more focused and and educational. Let me know what you think. I'd really appreciate the feedback. 

This is a consultation I did for a man who works with justice-involved youth. He is already a great motivator and is able to connect with youth because of his own history. He is effective at his job but uses thinking about consequences as the primary motivational tool to change behavior.
